Which data we process

This site is an informational showcase and contains no registration or purchase forms. We do not collect data automatically for marketing purposes.

We process personal data only when you contact us of your own accord: if you write to us by email, WhatsApp or call us to ask about availability and information, we process the data you choose to share (for example your name, contact details, stay dates and the content of your message).

Purposes and legal basis

• To respond to your requests for information and availability: the legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To ensure the proper functioning and security of the site and to remember the language you choose: the legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Third-party services

The pages use typefaces served by Google Fonts: to display the fonts your browser connects to Google's servers, which may record your IP address. Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp and email open external services that process data according to their own notices. We do not share your data with these services unless you are the one to activate them.

Data retention

We keep the messages and contact details you send us for the time needed to handle your request and, in the case of a stay, for the period required by legal obligations. Once those terms have passed the data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

At any time you may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
